Turning Point is a residential treatment center operated by the Drug Abuse Alternative Center (DAAC). In a collaborative effort between Santa Rosa Community Health Centers and DAAC, we have the goal of assisting residents in successfully completing the drug and alcohol treatment program. At the Turning Point Satellite Clinic, a Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services to residents of the treatment program.
