The Santa Rosa Community Health Centers’ Board of Directors is comprised of up to 15 community members that represent our diverse community. Fifty-one percent of the board members are clients at one of our health centers. The board meets monthly while standing committees, such as the Finance Committee and Executive Committee, meet monthly between regularly scheduled board meetings. Additional ad hoc committees include the Quality Review Committee, Patient Advisory Committee, and the Board Development Committee. The board holds at least one strategic planning retreat annually.
