The 12 month program is a full time paid appointment. Salary is competitive with the community, and represents 80% of starting FNP salary. Health and standard benefits are included.
The agency qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment through the Bureau of Primary Care.
Residents will be able to accrue hours toward their Furnishing number which requires 520 hours of observed furnishing for application to California State Board of Registered Nursing.
There is no implied agreement of employment at the end of the 12 month Residency. FNP Residents will be eligible to apply for open positions.
