Expectant Moms can expect the best in care at Santa Rosa Community Health Centers. We’ve added four new physicians to our team and expanded our services to provide more classes, more personalized help and special services to make sure Moms and babies get off to a great start.
Your team of experts includes six physicians and a nurse midwife for prenatal visits and birth assistance. We offer a comprehensive program of prenatal health education called “Super Mama” to support the family through the pregnancy and birth experience. The program includes group and individual education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, healthy pregnancy, birthing classes and ongoing breast feeding support. They are fun and informative.
From classes to social support and family planning, you will receive state of the art care before, during and after pregnancy. Santa Rosa Community Health Care Centers wants to be part of your growing family!

Insurance & Fees:
Everyone is welcome at Santa Rosa Community Health Centers, even if you are uninsured or can’t afford to pay.
We accept: Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, Healthy Families, FamilyPACT, Gateway/CHDP, and offer low cost fees if you are uninsured. Families needing help to apply for low-income insurance can call 707-547-2222 for an appointment with our Certified Application Assistant.
Uninsured? Not a problem. If you are uninsured, we offer a sliding fee scale for office visits. The exact fee is calculated based on your family size and monthly income.

SRCHC offers a special prenatal and post-partum program for pregnant women and their families, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP). Services include education, nutrition guidance, breast feeding support, birthing classes and much more.
