Application Assistance

There are several public insurance programs such as Healthy Families and MediCal for which you might qualify. Santa Rosa Community Health Centers has Application Assistants who are here to help you figure out which programs you should sign up for and to help you fill out the program applications.  To meet with an Application Assistant please call and make an appointment.
