Santa Rosa Community Health Centers is proud to be affiliated with the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency. The Family Medicine Residents provide care to patients at the Vista Family Health Center where they receive their outpatient training. More than half of all family medicine physicians practicing in Sonoma County have graduated from the residency program.
